Return policy.

Full refunds will be given up to 14 days after purchase with receipt, original pot, plant, and soil. Transplanted plants or plants damaged by acts of God, weather, infestations of insects, fungus, or other animals after purchase are not returnable. 

Transplanted plants are plants that have been removed form the original pot and/or soil and either planted in the ground or another pot.
